The Prize is promoted, supplied and drawn by Aged Care Reviews Pty Ltd (ABN 44 166 080 306) of Level 1, 737 Burwood Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122 (the “Promoter”).

1.2 By entering the ‘1 in 30 Reviews Wins An Endota Spa Voucher’ competition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.


2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Victorian residents aged 18 years of age or older who successfully complete a review on an aged care industry business listed on during the Competition Period.

2.2 Employees, directors and their immediate families of Aged Care Reviews Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.


3.1 Competition Period: The competition commences at 9.00am on Tuesday 12 August 2014. Entries close at 5.00pm on Wednesday 20 August 2014, or once thirty (30) entries have been submitted, whichever occurs first.

3.2 In order to enter the competition entrants must successfully complete a review on an aged care industry business listed on

3.3 A review is “successfully completed” when:

3.3.1 The required content is submitted for all review screens; and

3.3.2 Personal details required for review verification is submitted – including valid email address; and

3.3.3 The review is deemed by the Promoter, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, not to breach the Content Guidelines of – the terms of which are available via the footer menu of that website. Reviews that breach the Content Guidelines will not be permitted to enter the draw; and

3.3.4 The review appears on the website at least once during the Competition Period.

3.4 Subject to the foregoing, existing members of are eligible to enter the competition providing they successfully complete a new review during the Competition Period.

3.5 Each review that is successfully completed will entitle the individual submitting the review to one (1) automatic entry in the draw. Individuals who successfully complete more than one (1) review will be entitled to one (1) entry in the draw for each review that has been successfully completed. Only the first thirty (30) entries submitted during the Competition Period will be eligible entries in the Prize Draw.

3.6 Any reviews submitted before the competition opens, after the thirtieth (30th) entry is submitted and/or after the competition closes, will not be eligible to enter the draw.

3.7 Incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible reviews, including personal details required to successfully complete the review, will, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoters, invalidate the participant's entry into the Competition.

One (1) x Endota Day Spa Voucher valued at $95.00


4.2 The prize consists of a $95 Endota Day Spa voucher for ‘The Facial’ 45 minute day spa package only, and does not include any other day spa services or products, nor does it include travel costs or other costs associated with attending an Endota Day Spa centre. It is up to the winner to make their own booking and travel arrangements to claim and use the prize. Full terms relating to the voucher can be found at

4.3 The prizes cannot be transferred, nor are they redeemable for cash or exchange.

4.4 The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any problems encountered with a prize after delivery. Once a prize is delivered it becomes the responsibility of the prize winner. Any issues or problems encountered should be directed to the service provider via the contact details stated in the prize.

4.5 All prizes are subject to availability. Should a prize become unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar product of same or similar value.


5.1 The draw for the competition will take place at the offices of Aged Care Reviews Pty Ltd (Hawthorn, Victoria) at 6.00pm on Wednesday 20 August 2014. The draw will involve random drawing of names of entrants pursuant to clause 5.4 below.

5.2 Winners will be notified directly by the Promoter via email on the day of the prize draw. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner directly, the Promoter will retry to a maximum of five (5) times to contact a winner via email. If a winner does not contact the Promoter within three (3) months of the prize draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be held at the offices of the Promoter on 5pm on 20 November 2014.

5.4 As per clause 4.1 above, one eligible winner will be drawn per thirty (30) reviews successfully completed during the Competition Period, up to a maximum of one winner. 

5.5 The Promoter will conduct the draw fairly and impartially. The Promoter will not enter into any discussions or correspondence regarding the draw or the subsequent winner/s.


6.1 The Promoter will arrange for delivery of a prize upon successful notification of win. This may be by personal delivery or via Australia Post Parcel Post delivery. The winner may arrange pick up from the Promoter’s office where preferred.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to ask for suitable identification prior to surrender of the prize.


7.1 The Promoter may request that a prize winner takes part in a promotional photograph that may be used on our website, in social media or news media. The Promoter will not provide the details or images of any winner to any third party not mentioned in this document, without the express permission of the prize winner.
