Great place. Very comfortable with them.

This facility, nestled in a side road just behind high street in Northcote, seems somewhat cramped and unfit for its position (as it gives the feeling that it is just 4 separate houses joined, from the outside that is), but once inside you understand the actual size of this facility. After inspecting a few other local facilities for my father, I started to understand what to look out for so here are my points: - Seemingly small single rooms - Again, small en suites (although at least they had them) - The building can feel quite confusing - The Nursing staff were friendly, but weren’t obliged to talk when spoken to - Very small gardens (compared to other facilities - The program roster was what I expected, and nothing special compared - The location is a big bonus as it is close to a bright shopping and dining district My general impression was average consideration for this facility to place my father into (low care), as I found the ‘cramped’ grounds somewhat stifling and I know my father would feel the same way.
