One registered nurse stated that nursing home is the last resort. Most nurse in nursing home do not have compassion my mum deteriorate because they never assist her to walk. She have broken right leg. They did not even feed her. She loss a lot of weight. The good was awful. . She was maltreated in Wallgrove Nursing Home Lakemba NSW and when she passed away in Canterbury Hospital, no one even bother to visits he and no one come in the funeral. I believe in karma.

I've never seen a aged care facility and it's staff be to neglectful. New incontinent residents being left for periods longer than 24 hours, poor bathing/hygiene practices resulting in health complications, non-existand toileting schedule, emotions and well being of residents ignored, students left to assist with all adls unsupervised, the list goes on in detail of the improper procedures this facility practices.

This aged care could better itself if the place was more caring.As I thought they were not kind enough to some patients.Also the meals are very average. But overall not to bad.

The facility my 99 year old mother in law has just entered has put all our fears at rest. She is so well cared for and has settled in so beautifully. The staff are amazing I am in awe of their capacity to continually show respect and give the required attention the residents need.

The building was older but the quality of care was excellent. Dad was well cared for and entertained whilst there.Meals were nutritious and well balanced and presented Family involvement was a priority and we were always well informed of Dads needs and condition. As Dad deteriorated the staff were compassionate and understanding with him and the family's needs and they insured we spent as much time with him as we needed when he passed.

I was at a place that had more bad staff then good ones and felt for the residents, Witnessed a few things that were not right so reported it to the proper authorities and guess what, present staff tell me their accounts . nil at all happened , very sad this was along process and not a good result for all concerned and lucky have no family and in there now

The aged care where my mum is quite good.Multi cultural nurses with multi cultural clients. Staffs are looking after the elderly with compassion.DON even feed my mum.Awesome staff.
