My mother is at 501 aged care on gold coast an they are amazing an very caring

After having a stroke ,we looked at many homes for mum and found 501 was like a family home with caring loving staff .

When we first placed my ex-husband in the facility, it was excellent, and we were very happy. But over the years, with constant changes of staff, it is not so good. I would think my ex, would sometimes be a challange, as he has brain damage, but that should not mean that his toilet is not cleaned properly. (I have had to complain twice). and the food I would think not first rate. He tells me that when he has eggs, they taste like powdered eggs, a...

The one criticism is there being no easy way to make tea/coffee, especially if milk is required.

In a lovely setting, have very friendly and helpful staff. All residents seem very happy in their environment.
