The design philosophy of this facility is to bring the outside in; the building has been designed to focus on the extensive landscaped areas and its surrounds, a quiet local neighborhood and a bike and pedestrian track. Incorporated into this philosophy are innovative winter gardens, that provide a comfortable transitional buffer where the resident can feel safe and protected from the elements, but be part of the outside space too. These elements enhance a philosophy of resident engagement with the community by feeling part of the activity that goes on in ones surrounds, promoting wellness and connectivity.All common areas are generous and comfortable and are well lit with natural light creating a contemporary clean and homely feel that Advantaged Care is well known for.
