Mum passed 5 years ago, but we were very happy with her stay, at the home, it was her choice to go there, after dad passed, they looked after her really well, they let her bring some of her furniture in from home, which, helped, an they always talked to her about her huge doll selection, mum used to sing, and she loved getting up, and entertaining, and the staff encouraged her, they went on many outings, which mum loved, they looked after her right to the end, they were always pleasant, to mum, and us when we visited, could not full them at all, Always the way, the bad spoil it for the good. The place was spotless, the food was good, we could have some with mum if we wanted to. The staff were great

My mum was in ages care after dad passed away, we had no complaints, the staff were lovely, to us and our mum, they went out on many day trips, mum was always talking about them, mum used to sing, Nd the nurses made sure she would get up and sing a song or two, the rooms were like being at home, allowed to bring own furniture in, as mum had a huge doll collection , mum passed away 5 years ago now, but it was nice to see her somewhere, that was like a second home, and loving it They made mum welcome, and us, every time we visited. Like everything, there is good and bd in everyone, and every place, that spoil it for the good ones, Happy to give you the name of the place she stayed, if needed

would not recommend , especially if they bring in agency staff they are not very compassionate when relative is dying, the staff were meant to be re positioning my mum every 2 hours yet they ended up pinning her arm underneath her causing her to scream out in pain , I also found blood on sheets where they caused injury to her arm and had to ask for them to change sheets, another complaint is 2 and half hours before my mother passed away all the nurse on duty was interested in was which funeral director to use. NO very compassionate at all

Our 95 year old Mother took up residence a year ago. She died very peacefully last week when her heart ultimately gave out My wife and i have nothing but praise for the staff of Aegis. They could not have been more caring and loving. It is always of concern when placing a loved one in a nursing home. One reads poor publicity of homes in general but certainly this could not refer ever to Greenfields Aegis. We care grateful to them all

My Father-in-law was in aged care for 7 months prior to his passing. Quality care was bestowed him at all levels, from senior nursing stall to catering staff and cleaners. Staff also was aware of the needs of family. Ensuring we had "time out". My Father-law-law passed with dignity and comfort, pain free.

Should contact family more when things go wrong or perhaps once a week to keep up to date on any problems. One week before she died was not told of her downhill condition.
