My nana is now in the high care section but started in the regular section. Staff have always been so friendly and supportive. The one time there was a staff member who was rude it was quickly dealt with.

At Alstonville Aged Care Facility our residents say they would not change anything about the quality of care they receive, the Christian compassion and integrity they witness, the friendliness of the village community they create and the tranquillity of the location they have chosen.From independent living units to low level and dementia care, we are an Ageing in Place retirement community that is well positioned to continue looking after you, or your loved ones, when your care needs increase.All residents living in our aged-care facility, The Hostel, enjoy beautifully appointed rooms and assistance with cleaning, laundry, personal care and day-to-day needs. The 51-bed facility provides Ageing in Place by accommodating the needs of residents from low and high level care to secure dementia care in a home like environment for both residents and their families.

Residents have access to a large central lounge and dining area equipped with kitchen facilities large flat screen television DVD player craft tables and internet cafe. Also located here is central water feature and floor to ceiling windows maximising attractive outside views. In addition to the main lounge and dining area there are smaller lounge areas with televisions lounge chairs and air conditioning for residents to use as well as the solarium overlooking a beautiful outdoor terrace. The Chapel is a place where residents can attend scheduled church services weekly for different religions. There are also scheduled activities in the main lounge rooms which include a daily well being program craft visiting entertainers hoy shuffle board book readings exercise programs and a computer kiosk.
