In my opinion and this is only of my own opinion.This was the worst experience in an aged care facility my family member ever had!! .The staff were rude to us ,the lack of training of staff and poor behaviour of managers along with lack of respect towards my family made this a terrible experience.. We removed our loved one. ..Not good enough..I wouldn't recommend to anyone..

We may not be a fancy up to date building but we are one big happy family and our residents are our main focus we all love and care for them dearly I have been there ten years and absolutely love it our care I believe is fantastic our boss is beautiful our meals are lovely our life style is great over all I believe we are the best
