Wearne Home is on the north east shore of the Mandurah estuary, between the Old Mandurah Bridge and the Mandurah Estuary Bridge. Situated on the waters edge, it is within walking distance of the Mandurah Terrace cafe strip. The large single rooms include a kitchenette and a sitting area. Each room has a private ensuite attached.
Common Areas Description
There are spectacular views over the Mandurah Estuary from the upper level residents sun room (159m2), where Jonesy the parakeet has prime position at the window. Lush courtyards, atriums and display features add to the comfortable homely style. Family members are encouraged to join residents in the 70m2 dining room for meals. Residents can enjoy a range of activities on-site, including an exercise group, bowling, and the men's club in one of the four separate lounge rooms, ranging from 19 to 44m2.
