Radmila at Arcare is a woman of angelic passion, with total empathy. She oversaw the whole process, giving personal one on one, face to face consultation. Understaffed inexperience’s staff as a whole employed .. ended up removing my loved one to better care

Staff seem to leave residents propped in front of the blaring tv in the lounge rooms, without much interaction at all. Not many activities seem to happen anymore (used to have games, outings, etc.) and so there is little stimulation for residents. Which contributes to their loss of function. It's often hard to find staff to ask for help,

Access out of hours can be an issue when visiting

Homes were understaffed , workers gave us false info on care on entry which they didn’t fulfill nor did they have enough staff to adequately care for him . Mistreated him, almost neglect , always had bruising which could not be explained other than “he must have fallen when we weeent in the room “
