Tried somewhere else before for my parents. It was the care that made the family decide to move parents to Arcare Glenhaven and the physio service and enthusiastic friendly lifestyle team were the absolute vital icing and cherry on the cake. Who just wants a plain cake in life? Water shelter food and hygiene are all basics but to live well you need these extras defined above to make the MOST out of this phase of life.

Very nice facility, even has its own cafe. Happy atmosphere and the food isoutstanding

The staff are really wonderful in this facility. They are always caring and patient, finding different ways to cater to the needs of their clients. I am so very happy to have such a lovely home for my mum.

My mother was staying at the Arcare aged care centre in Glenhaven. Some of the staff there were really rude and did not treat my mum very well. She was pushed once out of the toilet by one of the staff and had bruises. My mother was a resident in the center. Some of the staff working there were very rude, never smile.She was left to shower and clean herself alone in the mornings. When the bell was rung for assistance, the staff come late and switch off the bell and leave without even asking the reason.
