Our mother was cared for at MLH over several years and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and the kindness she received from all staff - from carers and RN's to pastoral care, admin and senior staff. Mum and the family were treated with respect and dignity. I always left knowing she was safe and felt loved. The last phase of Mum's life was made immeasurably better, calmer and secure thanks to the care she received.

During my mother's stay of seven years at MLH I observed consistent professionalism and kindness shown her, most particularly during her last months when she was extremely frail and in need of very high level care. We always knew she was safe and treated with dignity and sensitivity. I could not speak highly enough of the carers, nurses, pastoral care and admin staff at MLH.
