Surroundings are pleasant with a green outdoor area to sit. Nursing and Care staff treated my father as an individual and catered for his medical needs. There were activities available for social interaction. On one occasion my father complained to me of rough treatment.

The care, attention and friendliness my mother received was wonderful. The rooms and entire building/facilities were clean, comfortable and safe with a homely feel. No smells, no dirty linen, nothing - all spotless and professional. From the onset we were all treated with patience and respect as this time for mum and me was extremely difficult. The entire team are nothing short of being Angels.

Its an old building. Recently bought and new owners change senior staff after a few weeks/ months.Lots of promises to improve facility but the real issue is the basic needs of the client. They dont respond to emails regarding issues. Finance dept. forgets to send statements. Food is appalling... Little options for the very frail.. Usually i give her chocolates because the food is so tasteless and poorly cooked.
