Going to Aged Care Decisiosn initially was the best thing i did whilst trying to locate a facility for my mother. The information and content they provided was excellent and made the whole decision process a breeze. Follow up was excellent. I would recommend to anyone starting the aged care journey to start with this organisation.

Their action in regard to wound care very slow. Up to two weeks to get a doctor to review pressure wound unacceptable. Was told they had a palliative care nurse as mum had cancer. When she became ill we had to transfer her to hospital via ambulance. palliative care was non existent. I think the facility is short staffed and the staff they do have are new and need extra training. My mother had two falls at this facility. Do not recommend.

Stayed for four weeks respite. Can’t fault the care received in lovely surroundings. Amazing staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Nothing was any trouble with them and bright smiles and dedication to residents was very impressive. A big thank you to Aged Care Decisions who made my journey to aged care so easy.

I like how the staff are very caring and that I always have a warm welcome when I go to visit.

My 96 year old Mum was in AgeCare for the last 11months of her life. The care she received was terrific. We owe the staff so much in looking after her.
