My mother has been in a facility for a couple of years and has had two serious falls, first she fractured her skull and second time broke her neck. Rooms not kept clean. Relative is not checked enough as a 'high falls risk'. Too long to answer buzzers.

My father was here for only 2 months before having a heart attack. He liked the garden and his room and the couple of bus outings he went on.Nursing care was pathetic..
