The help that we go is second to none the stuff is so helpful and caring, it is so good that the permanent patient recommended the facility to us. The stuff mad the transition so easy and the understanding of our need was something they we haven't experienced in any organization, the follow up and the support that you get is of the most highest level this is world standard. It is a great relief that our family member is in such good hands and care.

Ageing in place does not seem to work well - in a shared environment residents are in various states of health and mobility. There is a conundrum between those that want quiet enjoyment of their "home" and those with behaviours that disrupt this. This particular facility does not have enough quiet areas that are aesthetically pleasing and conducive to small family gatherings.

At times the staff seem disinterested, however they are usually short staffed. There's always room for improvement.
