The staff are great. It's a shame that the residents rooms are so pokey when they are purpose built for long term residents.

Food contains far too little fresh fruit and veg and far too much sugar eg Acacias residents given orange cordial and strawberry blanc mange for afternoon tea last Saturday. Most staff are 100% devoted; to some it's just a job and they seem to lack the ability to "walk in (the resident's) shoes". TV relocated from main lounge weeks ago and still not replaced leaving residents with NO entertainment on weekends.
