As a relative this facility is perfect for my brother. I would like to see a little more attention to personal care (eg cleaning residents teeth) but on the whole I am very happy.

The staff are wonderful but little issues are a problem ie. They will wash the residents clothes but everything goes into boiling water and most come out discoloured and nothing ironed. Not all items are returned and so on. Problem with residents wondering into other people's rooms. Believe mentally ill should be separated from normal residents.
