My 93 year old mother went to Berrington Jolimont in WA after she had a fall in my home.
1st night nobody knew anything about Mum, the resident and I felt Mum was unsafe in their hands so so had her private night Carer stay with her and to take care of Mum.on Day 2 they slapped a Norspan Patch on her without a prescription from any Doctor.
I demanded it be removed so the RN removed only to have the Clinical Services Manager order it be returned...

Our mother became very ill during a lengthy period in Hollywood Hospital.
This delayed her admission to Berrington on the agreed date, however thanks to Fran, the Admissions Officer,
the only available room at the time was held for mum in good faith.
This took an enormous amount of pressure off the Family, as we now could concentrate on Mum getting better and eventually being given the green light to move into Berrington.

I live here, and everyday is a nightmare. This is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I even had to sell my house to get into this place, and so far this place has done nothing good for me.
