This facility provides great care and the rooms are top class.

My mum stayed at Bluecross Vermont post op. Food and facilities great. They were in lockdown due to flu at the time so were busy but as a nurse and lifestyle worker myself I found them slack and slow to respond to my mum's particular needs of needing urine tests, support stockings and foot elevation for her time there.

Whilst the facility my late father was in had all the "bells and whistles" when we were shown through the facility (a 6* establishment we were told!), it was nothing short of "smoke and mirrors" in the very end. The exorbitant fees, the lack of staff available, the lack of compassion, care and basic human decency shown to the residents in the memory support unit is not only a blight on the owners and management of the facility, but also on the go...
