Very homely, staff welcoming and kind at a difficult time. Great to have an onsite doctor and registered nurses, very happy with care.

The level of care my relative has received has been below Government standards on many occasions regarding basic personal care, with possible breaches in ethical standards.

Husband was to ill to eat.
Staff were excellent. The person who did all the paper work was fantastic. Very helpfull.
Did not want to go to this nursing home as it was not our local one where my husband had had respite care. But they were not a bit helpfull.
So glad we got into this one.

Our bright, friendly lounge areas have beautiful high ceilings and a fire place, creating an ideal setting where you can relax or entertain guests while enjoying the wonderful rural views. We also have a delightful range of communal areas, which provide a great social space and location for activities and concerts. If you love being outdoors you can enjoy the gardens at Bupa Kyneton. Tended by our own horticulturalist, the gardens are a beautiful place to spend time. We have two internal courtyards and a feature pathway that runs around the home through the gardens. If you have a green thumb, you can enjoy gardening in our raised veggie patch and flower beds. Our children's playground with shade sail and beautiful gazebo are popular with visiting families.
