Bupa were really helpful at a time when my family was under a lot of stress and urgently needing to find a aged care facility for a difficult family member. We are very happy with the facility we found and my family member has settled in well. He is enjoying his new life. Thank you for all the support we received! We couldn't be happier.

Over the 3 years that my mother was there she received excellent service. Mum did not speak or understand much English and staff always kept me informed especially if there were any issues. During her last 2 weeks of life they provided excellent palliative services and created a home like environment for family to visit and stay. They even provided family with lunch and dinner. Thank you so much to all staff from doctors to administer staff. Well done.

Older building being revamped. Staff caring and friendly.
Group interaction is great and residents are encouraged to participate. Entertainment is daily and good .Staff take part and do shows, Last week they had a talent show with residents and staff taking part.. My husband is in respite for a few more weeks yet and I go daily to visit. It makes it easier for me to see him happy. This was not my choice of Nursing Home but this last couple of we...

My only concern is that Ive been there time when people seem to be left doing nothing for long periods of time.
