The facility did not know the difference between the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and the side effects of drugs to treat the disease. Without consent they changed my beautiful mother's medication and caused the long, slow demise of her life. A life she loved, a person we loved. I met some amazing individuals that happened to work there. For that I am grateful. However, this institution is very lacking. They took our money and our mother's life. What is the answer?

This is the most stunning aged care home I have ever seen. The staff are amazing and the DON is a wonderful person. She is so caring and motivates the staff to give the best possible life for the residents.

I worked at this home for nearly 7 years, only left when we moved to Brisbane.The residents were well fed and well taken care of. I worked in a high care unit and I enjoyed my job very much.
