The facilities are great - clean, modern and lovely to look at. The recent upgrade has made it even better. As for the staff, some of them are truly wonderful - happy, kind and welcoming and they deserve a medal. But a few seem to lack kindness and caring. She had her front tooth knocked off, mouth care terrible, suffered a permanent contracture of her leg after hip fracture
