Basic needs met, but no personal attachment to residents.

The venue seemed ok initially but upon using the toilets, there was faeces behind the bathroom door. My fathers room was dirty, thick dust behind the bed, bathroom had used soap from a previous resident and he was not showered until we questioned it late in the afternoon. He has to wear incontinence pads
