The staff couldn’t do enough to make the transition of moving into age care as seamless as possible for my mum. They were all wonderful, and the room was lovely.

During the year my 99 year old Mother has been a resident in this facility she is extremely well cared for. Her high needs care is always excellent and personalised. Staff are very respectful. They show genuine empathy and understanding. Our family is very pleased that Mum is living in this facility.

My Mother requires a hight level of care, she is totaly dependant on the staff that work within this facility, she can not walk, she can not speak, she can do nothing for herself. Over the last four years, my two brothers and I have seen first hand the high level of care and respect given to the residents and their families by the nurses staff and the diversional therapist.
