The 35 Premium Plus rooms offer a very spacious, carpeted, air conditioned environment in the recently built 2-storey main building. Premium rooms are located on the first floor and offer elevated external views or views of the internal courtyard. The rooms are furnished with electric beds, cupboards, bedside table, chair, lockable cabinet, natural light and windows with curtains, Foxtel enabled, phone points, 24 hour nurse call.

Upstairs, the 36 residents dine together in a generous dining room. Residents have a choice of 2 carpeted lounges with TVs accommodating 8-10 residents each. Upstairs, there is also a carpeted lounge/activity area with TV for 30 residents and 3 balconies seating 4-6 residents each. All residents at Moonah Park have the opportunity to join in celebrations, activites and worship in the large activities room which accommodates 50-60 people. Internal landscaped courtyard with seating areas and nearby childrens playground provide opportunity for families to meet with residents outside the building. There is also a Cafe and outdoor eating/activity area. The large carpeted community hall accommodates 90-100 people. There are extensive artworks throughout the building and a variety of intimate seating 'nooks'.

Moonah Park offer 3 secure cottages for residents with dementia, providing single ensuited accommodation in a homelike environment for 37 residents. The Cottages were fully renovated in 2011. Cottage Life rooms are air conditioned with quality vinyl or carpet flooring. The rooms are furnished with electric beds, cupboards, bedside table, chair, lockable cabinet, natural light and windows with curtains, Foxtel enabled, phone points, 24 hour nurse call.

Each cottage has a dining/lounge room for the cottage residents as well as a second lounge in each cottage. Outdoors there is a pergola and undercover area as well as extensive gardens for walking and outdoor activities.
