The facility was very nice and the staff showed a lot of care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have often visited elderly friends of mine at CLAREMONT TERRACE AGED CARE, 231 McKinnon Road, McKinnon, Vic 3204. Each time I noticed how comfortable and ideally as a replacement home environment it has. There are well-furnished clean and tidy live-in 5 star motel-style units, plus a resort style beautiful sitting room and dining room, nutritious and well-presented meals to enjoy in the company of others living there or in one's own private uni...

My Dad has lived here for just on 5 years and as a facility it's really stylish but the best part of Claremont is the staff. They call the residents their 'family' and truly treat them as such. I'm not sure who has selected the staff but they truly are an outstanding group of people right through from cleaning staff to management. They should be proud of what they provide as I couldn't imagine better anywhere.

Nice friendly facility

Claremont Terrace in McKinnon is not only a well kept building, grounds and dining room, it it the staff that make this place a 'home' not an aged care facility. I can't believe how caring each and every person working there is from the cleaning and maintenance staff right through to the manager. They are the most lovely people you could possibly have working there. They call the residents 'family' and treat them as such. A really wonderful effort from all at Claremont Terrace.
