My dad was treated with the utmost respect the staff was wonderful. I think he was spoilt by some of the carers.

For the time my mother was in Residential Aged Care in Lithgow the care she received was exceptional, the staff were friendly, caring and extremely professional in every aspect. Even though Mum didn't want to be there the staff did everything within there power to make her feel at home and cared for.

There needs to be more staff as they are very busy and I think that's reflects on the care that is given to the patients
