My mother has caring staff. Any issues my sister or I have are actioned quickly. Staff are stable so must be happy with their situation

Very good atmosphere and care at this facility.

Complex is always clean and inviting. They have lovely areas where you can go and sit and have a cuppa or watch TV or play games and the nursing staff are great. They take the time to know and help the residence.

My Mother transfered from Self Care to the Grange at Courtlands Village aged 98. You could not fault anything, The facilities are Excellent as are the staff and the food. There is no better place on earth that my mother could be. It is such a wonderful place. The facilities are first class. you could not fault anything

The staff are truly amazing and care for the residents of this facility. My Aunt Betty Holland has enjoyed her time there. Christmas parties where the staff dance with the residents wonderful occasions with lovely food and beautifully set tables that an older resident would appreciate Family made welcome always coffee and tea and a lovely place to sit with family or friends.Christmas and Easter awash with the most interesting and wonderful decorations Santa visits entertainment buses to shops.
