We were booked in to tour this aged care home on
Saturday 30/01/21 to met Yanti to take us through when we arrived the staff did not know who Yanti was and they left us standing in the front foyer, the staff were Rude we ended up walking through the facility with no staff member,we were never asked to sign in and that's a big problem as we are in a pandemic

Craigcare Plumpton Villa was a negative experience for our family. We experienced theft from our mother's room. The staff are quite undesirable. The food was nice. Overall would not recommend.

Craigcare Plumpton Villa nursing home, in Plumpton ave: Glenroy, was not as efficient as they made out, some staff were clearly not interested in the residents welfare. My mother, who has Dementia had a fall, and was interrogated by a senior staff member, in such a way, it intimidated and confused her even further.

Craigcare Plumpton Villa is a purpose built 90 bed nursing home, providing 45 Low Care and 45 High Care rooms, which is conveniently located in the quiet and pleasant residential area of Glenroy in Melbourne. The home benefits from many local facilities including shopping and local transport.The building incorporates much of the original Heritage villa on the site and many of its architectural features and rooms have been restored and adapted for use in this modern facility.
