My only concern is the level of deep cleaning ie blinds and under beds and chairs Really could be more thorough Lovely staff but do encourage participation in outdoor activities enough so residents rarely get fresh air and sunshine

Near New facility, staff lovely. Could be a little more organised with managing day to day needs ie laundry, engaging hesitant residents in activities and exercise, but overall very good. Because it is new, cleaning staff tend to overlook thorough cleaning like floors, blind and windows. It is time for spring cleaning.
