My first hand experience has taught me a lot about what goes on in these uncaring places. Forget about empathy, it's in word ONLY!

My brother has dementia early stage. The facility and staff are fantastic. He can come and go during the day. He has a private room and gets good food, and if he likes he can join in with crafts etc. Handy to everything. What more can one ask for.
