Very poor care, staff agency most days, poorly managed. Left to go to greener pastures!

Staff very unhappy, agency staff non English, laundry always loosing clothing, walkers/wheelchairs dirty, sheets stained, staff shortages, rooms only cleaned weekly - very very dissatisfied

putting my mum in this place left a terrible taste in my mouth the poor nurses dont have time to do whats needed for the residents and boy do they suffer i think every resident gets knocked out at night because we have a skelelton staff she went in on about 2 daily medications and after a couple of months was up to 6 to 8 a day god knows why the costs are sky high and she was never happy a i could go on all day with my complaints but who ever car...

My Dad has been here for a few years and very well looked after. The staff are amazing.

Too many agency staff, staff leaving and no continuity of care. Things like wheelchairs never cleaned. Hygiene signs everywhere but this overlooked. Not been cleaned in 6 months. Should be cleaned weekly. Activity person really good but no replaced when on holidays etc. Not given enough resources. Things like light on fish tank never replaced.
