Review CWA House

Found the senior staff to be unhelpful, badly organized, inept, lazy, abrupt, impatient and rude on the phone. They presented an attitude that because they are always full they have no vacancies so are prepared to pick and choose. They do not want to hear a single negative thing about their organization, so any kind of negative feedback is handled in a rather too aggressive and abrupt manner by senior staff and management, sometimes even with an attitude of hostility and intimidation. If they are not willing to accept a small negative comment, what would they be like if something more serious ever became an issue? Even if you try to bring their attention to a small mistake they will try to turn it into a mountain. They try to cover up mistakes by blaming the client instead of admitting to them or helping put things right. A simple inquiry ended up becoming very stressful for an elderly potential client who was merely asking them for help. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for and really turned us off the place.
