I cannot thank Donwood Aged Care staff for the care and compassion they gave to us in the short time my mother was there. The facility is beautiful and the staff are to be congratulated on how they care and conduct themselves at all times. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile as you walk in the door. Dad was in care for 7 years. He often commented that he felt happy and safe. He was treated well by staff. The comfort it gave us his children to know we did the right thing by him was great

My Dad was in aged and absolutely loved it. He regularly insisted on going back after social leave as his favourite would be gone if he returned later.

The facility has a wonderful feel to it, it is light and airy and no unpleasant odour. Staff extremely helpful and informative.
