The Village is located 15 minutes from the coast in the country township of Maitland. The Village features single rooms with their own air conditioning and ensuites.The facility is surrounded by established gardens and features two secure courtyards in our memory support unit. There is also a newly-built gazebo and barbeque area for residents and their families to enjoy.We offer a wide range of leisure activities to meet the individual needs and interests of our diverse resident group.Additionally, a comprehensive allied health service is provided by visiting speech pathologists, podiatrists, audiologists, optometrists and massage therapists.Our chaplain provides emotional and spiritual support for residents and their families.Meals are cooked on-site daily by a chef. The Village enjoys strong links with the local community and is a short walk from the hospital, medical centre and ambulance service. Located adjacent to The Village are 17 Eldercare retirement living units.

The Village’s deluxe rooms feature furnishings and fittings include an electric adjustable high/low bed, bedside cabinet and overway table, as well as a built-in wardrobe which includes a chest of drawers with a lockable drawer. Reverse cycle heating and cooling is provided in each room with individual temperature control.
The private ensuite bathroom consists of a toilet, shower, vanity basin and vanity cabinet.
All rooms have a private phone connection point and clinical/service facilities include a call button and access to 24 hour nursing care.

The Village has 60 single rooms which all feature a private ensuite. The facility supports ageing in place where the level of care provided can be adjusted accordingly if your care needs change. The Village also has a Memory Support Unit to support residents living with dementia.The gardens, courtyard and BBQ facilities offer opportunities for you to spend time outdoors with your family and friends.There is also a family room available to use for private functions.
