Approx. 15 resident taken care by 3 staff.
1 staff look after 9 resident, 2 staff 18 resident. 1 senior staff will get to just sit and relax all day long. Yet complaining short of staff. No wonder residents are not been looked after properly. Ohh, are they pay rates increasing again? You guys are lucky.

Management are difficult to deal with and not really concerned about resolving any issues raised and new personal carers are trained by experienced staff in the same way - all are busy and do not provide sufficient or appropriate care!
