The staff at Estia Mudgeeraba have been fantastic with my mum. When she entered the facility she had alcohol dependancy issues and they have worked with us and her to bring her down to a couple of drinks a day. She is well happy and well cared for

Re my Aunt Maud (92yrs old)who has been in nursing home care since February this year having lost her mobility. I speak on behalf of my father (her brother) my brother and my husband. Aunt was extremely frail after a long hospitalisation in Sydney. Since admission to the nursing home has improved in so many ways.Physically her weight and energy levels have increased.Mentally her attitude to life has been enhanced by the wonderful care and detail to attention always delivered in a most positive way.

Very unhappy with process, service, follow up regarding my Mum and Aunt being residents in low care facility. Also unhappy with knowing where to complain or get assistance from MyAgedCare.

The building and surrounds are lovely. Most staff are great, skilled and warm. The food is fair- fairly good while some meals are good. There is a strong biomedical model with emphasis on routines and processes instead of being a true person -centric model. They do try though. Also there are no heaters in the bathrooms which are very cold. All in all- good care and good staff.

From the very beginning our mother has been provided with adequate information from helpful staff to support her independent decision making. The environment is amazing with trees in the beautiful grounds and beautiful furniture in the home. The staff are very caring.
