Older building. Comments relate to memory support unit. Considering realism for 2023 better then we expected with only one exposure to aged care services.

Staff at The Poplars at Epping have been caught on camera beating and slapping an elderly patient with advanced dementia. Imagine what else is going on that has not been filmed. Whatever you do, do not send your loved ones to this place where the staff are torturing the most vulnerable and frail people in our community.

Happy that they got care,but short staffed ,food should improve a bit ,but happy with the place

Set on an acre, the facility is located on a quiet residential street close to public transport and the green expanse of the adjoining Epping Oval.Various members of staff speak a second language and a number have been at the residence for many years, providing a genuine sense of familiarity, stability and understanding.
