Overall excellent, so happy we placed mum there!

Care/nursing staff are exceptional and the best Lifestyle program I have encountered in my last ten years of dealing with Aged Care facilities. Residents are treated with the utmost consideration and affection.

Found most of the staff to be caring and helpful but due to the autocratic ,and secretive style of the manager my mother had to be very strong in what she felt was her and the others due. Felt like a lot of the money wasn't being spent on having enough competent trained staff but on making the fringes look better.

A not- for- profit organisation, set up by the community, Fairway has a well earned reputation for high level, person centered care. I work there and there is a wonderful feeling among staff and residents. I would highly recommend it.

My mother at age 95 moved into Aged Care accomodation at Fairway Hostel in Sandringsham. Fairway offers a wonderful environment for the elderly.The resident's rooms are spacious ,light ,and surrounded by gardens. The staff are kind and accomading.The facility offers daily activities for the residents and is always spotlessly clean. We are very grateful for the care my mother receives at Fairway.
