My late mother received sub standard care. Left severly constipated for days then left alone in toilet for 90 mins whilst she tried to dig it out. Despite calls for assistance none given

Although the facilities were very good their was never enough staff. However, the staff that did care for my Mother were always very compassionate and professional with the limited time they had.
