I have rated the Overall and Recommend lower as I called back to enquire about another short term stay or possible long-term care and I was told I would receive a call the next day. (25th May).I never received a call back until two follow ups from Aged Care with Frankston Nursing Home then calling me yesterday after over four weeks. now they tell me that an assessment is required which is fine but that could have started a month ago. :(

All of the staff are fantastic! Rose and Jolly are wonderful

You could not get a better place! I love the food and the staff. They are all lovely, friendly and helpful
