My great Aunt, who i had to visit this facility daily, because the care provided was appalling and her condition deteriorated rapidly due to incompetence. Some of the staff were lovely but the management and the level of care was awful. My Aunt was of sound mind, but her last few months of her life were a living hell in this establishment.
