Great staff, very kind and friendly

Generally a nice environment but needs to be made a bit more like home and less like a hospital. The garden area is great although residents don’t prefer to sit outside even when the weather is good.

It’s a warm and inviting nursing home, the staff are extra caring and compassionate

I never imagined that an Aged care facility could be so human. lots of colour music activities and a human touch with even the Greek carers being abrupt just like the culture of the old country. (in a nice genuine way). Greek culture is passionate and so is the commitment to making the residents feel at home in a loud enviroment. Meal times are a riot. Not like other facilities. Like comparing Balwyn shopping strip with Northcote.

Over all Quality care, currently doing placement at the facility and the staff are very helpful, and care for the residents to the best of their abilities, team work is highly regarded there and everyone works together.
