The Home has since changed hands ,from when my husband was there , looked all lovely , but the food was shocking ,myself and several others complained but was told nothing wrong with food ,I wouldn't feed it to my dog , I took food in and so did my daughter in law , my husband had so many falls broken wrists ,broken cheekbones , bruising all over his face ,eye closed shut from swelling , taken to hospital on several occasions ,last one ambulance ...

My mother has been a resident at Glasshouse for three years and I have to say the care could not have been better. She loves it and the staff has been wonderful. Change of owners has not changed the quality of care or service. Can't praise this facility enough

My Husband was in aged care he had many falls and broken bones was taken to hospital
I asked the director on one occasion how far did he fall her answer was and laughing at the time how tall his he that's how far he fell I removed him from that care facility and to this day they don't understand why .

Facility recently sold. Very poor interaction with residents representatives during change over period. Poor consultation. The staff who have remained are excellent. New management staff seem to go out of their way to avoid conversation. The grounds and building are excellent. The food quality has deteriorated. It was a great facility.
