Staff amazing. Probably only complaint is obvious understaffed. Staff run ragged. But beautiful people

Staff were fantastic management could have been better

My father has been in Grafton Aged Care Home for the past few years. He has dementia and can no longer walk or talk. The staff are just wonderful to my Dad, they are so kind and caring and gentle. Our family tried to look after Dad however it became impossible. I could not recommend them highly enough.

The only reason Dad is in the nursing home is because we all have to keep working to make ends meet. I find the home is adequate in quality of building. Sharing a room with 2 others and a bathroom down the corridor is not acceptable for elderly. Staff and their care is very good as is the food served. Lifestyle and well being could be a lot better. More interaction /communication needed with clients.
