An excellent facility with the best staff anyone could wish for. At all times my mum has been shown care and respect. All efforts have been made by staff to preserve mums dignity, and the support they have provided our family has been exceptional. The accommodation and facilities are always neat, clean and well maintained, and the food is delicious ( I have had numerous meals there myself). When medical challenges have arisen, the team has promptly moved into action with first class care and attention, with appropriate follow up.Thank you to the entire Hammondcare team from the bottom of my heart. Jenny

The facility is fine but what is needed is more people specially in high care , also the cleaning of the room is not good enough . High care residents needs to be more active and is very little or nothing in the place

the people are nice and kind but the food is ok but the quality live a lot to desire as twice a week they have sausages for lunch and I don't think is a nutritional food. Also the rooms have carpets in a place with residents with incontinence is nor very smart or advisable , the smell is unbearable and also a heath issue.
