Caulfield is a 69 resident care home that provides frail aged and complex care. It consists of two levels, Glen Eira (ground floor) and Glen Huntly (first floor). Single rooms are approximately 20 square meters and double rooms are approximately 40 square meters.HammondCare believes in the dignity and value of all people.
