This is the first time we have had to navigate the Nursing Home entry procedure. Not all things where in place from our end but the helpful people that we had to deal with went above and beyond to make the transition happen. Extremely happy to have been able to get our mum into Helping Hand Ingle Farm, close for all the family and so very "home like" nice gardens, lovely interiors, rooms able to be personalized. Most of all, great understanding staff in the Memory Support Area.

The care was as good as the staff that were on, the issue was that staff get burnt out due to too much to do and not enough time to do it. Too many agency staff due to stress/burnout/injury from regular staff. My mother was well cared for because my father and I worked as a tandem team each day to make sure all her needs were met .
